Can I cancel my order?

No problem. We completely get it, we change our minds too. As long as the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel it.

What is the shipping policy?

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we've received your order.

Orders are shipped usually within two working days. We'll send an email notification to you with your tracking information when your order goes out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

USPS Priority Mail

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Argh! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us. We will work together to get things put right.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us to let us know there's a problem and we'll arrange your return.

What's the return policy

A return must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

It may take up to 3 business days for us to process your return. We will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.


Where are your products made?

All of our skincare is made by Shay in our studio in Oriental, North Carolina.

What are you doing to be more sustainable?

To us, being sustainable means responsible and ethical choices and doing our best to do what’s right for our customers and the world around us.

We source ingredients from as close to home as possible, choose organic or virgin/unrefined when available, use recyclable packaging materials, and avoid plastic.
