Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means an exchange or refund must be requested within 30 days of the ship date.

Just call 252-422-0322 or email ahoy@salthabit.com to let us know if what you purchased isn't right for you—we’re happy to exchange for another item or send you a refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2 or 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
